Introducing FlowSequencer

A yoga practitioner in revolved side angle pose, from FlowSequencer

Every guided practice app makes the same trade: you get someone else's sequence, at someone else's pace. FlowSequencer inverts that. You build the flow. It handles the timing.

What it does

A flow is a sequence of steps with durations. FlowSequencer plays it back — timed, paced, hands-free — so you can actually practise instead of watching a clock. Sequences can be paced by breath rather than by seconds, which matters for anything where the rhythm is the point.

Anything you build can be shared as a link. That turns a personal routine into something a teacher can hand to a class, or a physio to a patient, without either party installing anything.

Where it started

The first vertical is yoga — Yoga Sequencer — because sequence and breath are already the vocabulary there, and instructors were the clearest case of people building the same thing by hand every week. The underlying engine is deliberately not yoga-specific: a flow is a flow, whether it is asana, rehab, strength intervals, or a breathing protocol.

Try it

FlowSequencer is live at flowsequencer.com. Build a flow, press play, and tell us what the timing gets wrong.
